TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992No. 80, 1992 - SECT 49
Equity interest in transferee - compensatory increase in cost base etc.
49. Section 160ZZRH of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in
paragraph (d) "160ZZRE(6) or" after "subsection".
