TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1992No. 80, 1992 - SECT 39
Transfer of assets from company or trust to spouse upon breakdown of marriage
39. Section 160ZZMA of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of
paragraph (1)(b) the following word and subparagraph: "or (iii) an order of a
court under a law of a State or Territory or of a foreign country relating to
the breakdown of de facto marriages.".
