TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1991No. 100, 1991 - SECT 9

Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands

9. Section 157 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) "and to the Territory of Cocos
        (Keeling) Islands";

   (b)  by inserting in subsection (2) "or the Territory of Cocos (Keeling)
Islands" after "Christmas Island".
