TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1990No. 57, 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Part 4 commences on the 28th day after the day on which this Act receives
the Royal Assent.
