TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1985No. 123, 1985 - SECT 4

4. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended -

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (2) (a) "or";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "function; or" and substituting
        "function.";

   (c)  by omitting paragraph (2) (c); and

   (d)  by adding at the end the following sub-section: "(3) For the purposes
        of this section, a person who, although not employed by the
        Commonwealth, performs services for the Commonwealth shall be taken to
        be employed by the Commonwealth.".
