TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1993 No. 7 of 1993 - SECT 65
Components of an ETP
65. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(b) "ETP" (wherever occurring) and substituting "ETP-C".
