TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1992 No. 208 of 1992 - SECT 73
Application
73. The amendments made by this Division apply in relation to the provision of
pensions after the commencement of this section, regardless of whether the
members concerned retired before or after the commencement of this section.
