TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1992 No. 208 of 1992 - SECT 35
Interpretation
35. Section 110 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph
(b) of the definition of "RA policy" in subsection (1) "within the meaning of
Subdivision AA of Division 2" after "immediate annuity".
