TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1992No. 35, 1992 - SECT 9

9. After section 24ABN of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Education entry payment

"24ABNA. Payments of education entry payment under Part 2.13A of the Social 
Security Act 1991 are not exempt.".
