TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1992No. 35, 1992 - SECT 78

78. The amendment made by this Part applies to assessments in respect of
income of:

   (a)  the first year of income to which the Fijian agreement applied; and

   (b)  all subsequent years of income.
