TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1991No. 48, 1991 - SECT 9

Foreign income and foreign tax 
9. Section 6AB of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (1) "or 459" and substituting ", 459 or
        459A";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (3A) (a) "or 459" and substituting ", 459
        or 459A".
