TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1991No. 48, 1991 - SECT 6
Interpretation
6. Section 136 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(1) the definition of "foreign source deduction" and substituting the
following definition: "`foreign income deduction' has the same meaning as in
section 160AFD of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936;".
