TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1990No. 35, 1990 - SECT 4

Interpretation 
4. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

" 'dual resident investment company' has the meaning given by section 6F;".
