TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1989No. 105, 1989 - SECT 8
Assessable income to include annuities and superannuation pensions
8. Section 27H of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (3A)
(b) "the amount referred to in subsection 27B (1) as the relevant amount" and
substituting "the post-June 83 component".
