TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1989No. 105, 1989 - SECT 4

4. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definition:

"'SGIO' means a public authority:

   (a)  that is constituted by a law of a State or Territory; and

   (b)  that carries on life insurance business within the meaning of that
        expression in subsection 4 (1) of the Life Insurance Act 1945;".
