TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1989No. 105, 1989 - SECT 29
Interpretation
29. Section 160APA of the Principal Act is amended by inserting the following
definition:
"'registered organization' has the same meaning as in Division 8A of Part
III;".
