TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT (SUPERANNUATION) ACT 1989No. 105, 1989 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences, or shall be taken to have
commenced, as the case requires, immediately after the commencement of the
Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 2) 1989.
(2) Paragraph 5 (o) shall be taken to have commenced on 18 December 1987.
