TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 57 of 1988 - SECT 9
Review of decisions
9. Section 5J of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in the definition
of "reviewable decision" in subsection (1) "section 5A or" after "under".
