TRANSPORT LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 57 of 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2, subsections 3 (3), (4), (5) and (6) and sections 4,
8, 9, 13, 16 and 19 to 27 (inclusive) commence on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sections 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 shall be taken to have commenced at the
commencement of the Federal Airports Corporation Act 1986.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act commence on a day or days to be fixed
by Proclamation.
