TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1988No. 11, 1988 - SECT 50
Reduction of taxable value-remote area residential fuel
50. Section 35 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
(b) "benefit" and substituting "fringe benefit".
