TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1988No. 11, 1988 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which it receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Section 14 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 24 June 1986.

(3) Part VI shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 September 1987.

(4) Part VII shall be deemed to have come into operation on 6 November 1987.

(5) Part VIII shall be deemed to have come into operation on the commencement
of section 51 of the Taxation Laws Amendment Act (No. 4) 1987.

(6) Part IX shall be deemed to have come into operation on the commencement of
the Taxation Laws Amendment (Fringe Benefits and Substantiation) Act 1987.
