TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1987No. 61, 1987 - SECT 35
Entitlement to interest
35. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (5)
(a) "221YCA (2) or (3) or" before "221YE(1)".
