TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1986No. 46, 1986 - SECT 9

9. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following sub-section:

"(5) A deduction is not allowable under sub-section (1) in respect of an
amount of interest payable under section 170aa.".
