TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1985No. 49, 1985 - SECT 39

Amendment of assessments 
39. Nothing in section 170 of the Principal Act prevents the amendment of an
assessment made before the commencement of this Act for the purpose of giving
effect to this Act.
