TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1985No. 49, 1985 - SECT 29

29. Section 159R of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (8) (a) "section 121C and"; and

   (b)  by omitting all the words after "paragraph 23 (jaa)" from
        sub-paragraph
(b) (i) of the definition of "policy of life insurance" in sub-section (9) and
substituting "or (ja); or".
