TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 79

79. Before section 25 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted
in Part V: Interpretation

"24A. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears, 'gift duty'
includes additional gift duty under section 42.".
