TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 2

2. (1) Sections 1 and 2 shall come into operation on the day on which this Act
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Sub-section 319 (1) shall be deemed to have come into operation
immediately after the commencement of the Taxation (Interest on Overpayments)
Act 1983.

(3) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the
fifty-sixth day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
