TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT ACT 1984No. 123, 1984 - SECT 13
Pending appeal or reference not to affect payment of tax or duty
13. Section 77 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof
the following sub-section:
"(2) In sub-section (1), 'duty or tax' includes an additional amount payable
under section 70 or 81.".
