TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 57 of 1994 - SECT 9

9. Section 18A of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (4) and
substituting the following subsection:

"(4) The regulations may provide:

   (a)  for 2 or more entities to elect to have themselves treated as a single
        employer, in relation to a year or a 3-year period, for the purposes
        of this section and the regulations in force for the purposes of this
        section; and

   (b)  for the effects of such an election.".
