TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 9
Act binds Crown
9. (1) This Act binds the Crown in right of the Commonwealth, each State, the
Australian Capital Territory, the Northern Territory and Norfolk Island.
(2) Nothing in this Act permits the Crown to be prosecuted for an offence.
