TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 73

73. (1) If the Commissioner believes that an employer liable to pay training
guarantee charge may leave Australia before the day on which the training
guarantee charge would, but for this section, be due and payable, the training
guarantee charge is due and payable on such day as the Commissioner notifies
to that employer.

(2) In subsection (1):

"training guarantee charge" includes additional training guarantee charge
under Part 9.
