TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 6

6. The minimum allowable apprentice or trainee amount is:

   (a)  for the year commencing on 1 July 1990-$1,000; and

   (b)  for a later year-the amount calculated in relation to the year, using
        the formula:
minimum allowable apprentice or trainee
    amount for immediately preceding year     X    indexation factor for
year.
