TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 45

Training advisory certificates binding on Commissioner

45. A training advisory certificate given to a particular employer is binding
on the Commissioner for the purpose of making an assessment in relation to the
employer for the first year in relation to which the certificate applies and
the following year.
