TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 32
Establishment of Fund
32. (1) An account called the Training Guarantee Fund is established by this
subsection.
(2) The Fund is a trust account for the purposes of section 62A of the Audit
Act 1901.
