TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 2

Commencement

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on 1 July 1990.

(2) Section 43 and Part 10 commence on a day to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If section 43 and Part 10 do not commence under subsection (2) before 1
January 1991, they commence on that day.
