TRAINING GUARANTEE (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1990 No. 60 of 1990 - SECT 10

Application of Division 
10. This Division does not apply to:

   (a)  the Commonwealth; or

   (b)  a Commonwealth authority that cannot, by a Commonwealth law, be made
        liable to taxation by the Commonwealth.
