THERAPEUTIC GOODS ACT 1989 No. 21 of 1990 - SECT 59
Fees
59. (1) No fees are payable under this Act in respect of an event occurring
before 1 July 1990.
(2) Fees prescribed under this Act must not be such as to amount to taxation.
(3) No licence or inspection fees are to apply to non-profit hospital supply
units.
