TELECOMMUNICATIONS (APPLICATION FEES) ACT 1989No. 55, 1989 - SECT 5

5. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act fixing fees for the purposes of subsection 4 (1).

(2) The regulations may fix different fees for different categories of
applications (specified in the regulations) even though all those applications
are applications referred to in the same paragraph in subsection 4 (2).

(3) The regulations shall not fix a fee exceeding $500.
