TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 43

43. A declaration for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of
''technical and further education'' in sub-section 4 (1) or a delegation of a
power under sub-section 42 (2)-

   (a)  may be revoked by resolution of the Commission (whether or not
        constituted by the persons constituting the Commission at the time the
        declaration was made or the power was delegated, as the case may be);
        and

   (b)  continues in force notwithstanding a change in the membership of the
        Commission.
