TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 41

41. Unless the contrary intention appears or the context otherwise requires, a
reference to the Universities Commission or to the Commission on Advanced
Education in any law of the Commonwealth in force at the time this Act comes
into operation shall, after the commencement of this Act, be read as including
a reference to the Tertiary Education Commission.
