TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 40

40. Superannuation benefits, other than benefits under the Superannuation Act
1976, may be provided, in respect of a person who is a full-time Commissioner,
in accordance with an agreement between the Commonwealth and that person made
before the commencement of this Act or such an agreement as amended from time
to time.
