TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 34

Members acting as Commissioners.

34. If a member or acting member of a Council is acting as a Commissioner, he
shall not perform the duties of his office of a member or acting member of the
Council while he is so acting as a Commissioner.
