TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 33

Commissioners on Councils.

33. If the Chairman of a Council is acting as Chairman of the Commission but
no person has been appointed to act as a Commissioner in his place, his so
acting shall not affect his being the Chairman of that Council.
