TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 28

Period of appointment to Council.

Division 4-Members, Meetings and Activities of Council
28. A member of a Council shall be appointed for such period, not exceeding 3
years, as is specified in the instrument of his appointment, but is eligible
for re-appointment.
