TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977 No. 25 of 1977 - SECT 13

Leave of absence of full-time Commissioners.

13. The Minister may grant leave of absence to a full-time Commissioner on
such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister
determines.
