TERTIARY EDUCATION COMMISSION ACT 1977

No. 25 of 1977 An Act to make provision for and in relation to the
Establishment of a Tertiary Education Commission.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Tertiary Education Commission Act 1977.*1*
