TAXATION DEBTS (ABOLITION OF CROWN PRIORITY) ACT 1980No. 134, 1980 - SECT 5
Payment of tax to have priority in case of bankruptcy or liquidation
5. (1) Section 221 of the Principal Act is repealed.
(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) has effect, and shall be deemed to
have had effect, as if that amendment had come into operation on 1 November
1979.
