TOBACCO CHARGE (NO. 2) AMENDMENT ACT 1982 NO. 74 OF 1982 - SECT 3
Rate of charge
3. (1) Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''twice''.
(2) The amendment made by sub-section (1) applies in respect of Australian
tobacco leaf that, on or after 1 March 1982, was or is purchased by a
manufacturer to whom sub-section 5 (1) of the Principal Act applies.
