TOBACCO CHARGE (No. 1) AMENDMENT ACT 1986 No. 84 of 1986 - SECT 4
Application of amendment
4. The amendment made by section 3 applies in respect of Australian tobacco
leaf that was or is sold to a manufacturer on or after 1 April 1986.
