TAXATION BOARDS OF REVIEW (TRANSFER OF JURISDICTION) ACT 1986No. 48, 1986 - SECT 59
Officers to observe secrecy
59. Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (4) (b)
and substituting the following paragraph:
"(b) the Tribunal in connection with proceedings under an Act of which the
Commissioner has the general administration;".
